3 Tips for staying healthy

Did you know, only 30% of a man's overall health is determined by his genetics, whilst 70% is controllable through lifestyle?

Making small changes to things like your sleeping habits, mental wellness, nutrition and physical activity, all helps to make a positive impact. 

Here’s three little tips that can make a big impact when it comes to staying physically and mentally healthy

  1. Look after your physical health. We're not talking anything strenuous, just 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day makes a big difference. 
  2. Practice self care and implement strategies that assist your mental health. 
  3. Talk it out. Confide in your mates, and have the courage to talk through what's on your mind
