#fridayfacts As blokes we are pretty good at keeping our cards close to our chest. It's come with lots of practice, after all, we've been told ever since we could walk, 'don't let them see you cry' or 'toughen up'.
But it's OK to wear your heart on your sleeve, to share your cards, no matter how good or bad they are with your mates and family. Let's celebrate our wins without boasting, and our struggles without a declaration of weakness.
Why not, when somebody asks 'how are you feeling?', show them your cards and let them show you theirs. You might be surprised by the embrace that follows.
